All orders are quality-checked and our products are carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment. If an item arrived damaged despite our best efforts, please let us know immediately so we can send you a replacement. Please note, we will not replace items due to minor cosmetic imperfections. Please handle your products with care; we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your products while in use.

We ship from our warehouse located in Houston, Texas. Most orders will be processed within 24-48 hours (excepting weekends). Please double-check your shipping address before you check out, as additional charges may be applied if a change must be made. Upon shipment, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the location of your shipping address. For light packages (under 0.25 lbs), we offer an inexpensive Lettermail option (mailing with a stamp only) in the United States and internationally. Please note that we are unable to track Lettermail packages once they have been mailed. If you opt for this option, please be aware that we cannot resend or refund your order in the event that it is lost by the postal service.
